These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TriomeLab ("TriomeLab," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TriomeLab website and services available at https://triomelab.com (the "Service").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

2. Description of Service

TriomeLab provides a platform for Magic: The Gathering players to discover card synergies, receive personalized card recommendations, and analyze card data. While the Service also offers tools for deck building and collection management, these are supplementary features designed to enhance your discovery experience. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but the Service is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, such as saving card recommendations, building decks, or managing your collection, you may be required to create an account. We use Firebase Authentication to manage user identities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Intellectual Property & Fan Content Policy

TriomeLab is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC. This Service is a fan site permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy.

TriomeLab Content: The design, code, and original content of the Service are the property of TriomeLab and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

User Content: By creating decks, lists, or other content on the Service ("User Content"), you grant TriomeLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIOMELAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
